Austria is a parliamentary representative democracy country. It is also a landlocked country in the southern part of Central Europe, situated at Eastern Alps. The word Austria derives from a Germanic word ‘austro’ which means ‘east’. Austria is a wealthy country and its national flag is one of the oldest national Flag in the world. Austria’s official language is German.
