Slovakia is a landlocked Central European country and officially known as the Slovak Republic. It is bordered by Ukraine to the east, Austria to the southwest, Czech Republic to the northwest, Poland to the north and Hungary to the south. Slovakia is a developed and high income and advanced economy country of the world and its government is a Unitary Parliamentary Republic. Slovak is the official as well as the mother tongue of the majority population of the Slovak Republic.
